Aaa dropped our rav4 here since it was the closest repair shop when we broke down. Thankfully it was a great shop, kind mechanics and store management kept me up to date throughout the repair!

I've been servicing our cars at East David for many years now, and I wouldn't trust them to anyone else. Their philosophy is to give people great service and to be honest with them, and I've seen this play out time and again. They'll never try to upsell you -- in fact, they do the opposite. They look for exactly what HAS to be fixed and educate you about what may be needed in the future. I once had to get my car towed to East David after it died in a parking lot. I was convinced it was the starter and told the mechanic (rookie mistake). He insisted it was just the battery and sure enough, he was right. My point is, many other shops would have followed my lead to get more money, but that is just not how East David works. You can be sure they're giving you the fairest, most up-front assessment and price. As a woman, that's especially important to me. No where can you find a better locally owned and operated auto maintenance facility. They provide a great service with fair rates for work and ensure your satisfaction. I have been going to East David Automotive since they took over an old gas station with 2 bays on the same site--many years ago. I've watched them grow over the years and one thing that has remained constant is their honesty and excellent customer service. For example they have told me that my brakes were going out. Then they said, bring it back in xxx miles and we will check it and see if it is time to change them. I appreciate that. They want their customers to stay with them and are willing to do right by us. They also have had most of the present mechanics for many years. The newest mechanic has been there 10 years. This shows they get good employees and keep them. I love everything about this shop and feel confident that they will give me the straight scoop and not just go after the money. And BTW, when I was auto racing and before, I worked on my own cars so I can usually spot a cheat. East David Automotice has never tried to pull the wool over my eyes.
