I've been servicing our cars at East David for many years now, and I wouldn't trust them to anyone else. Their philosophy is to give people great service and to be honest with them, and I've seen this play out time and again. They'll never try to upsell you -- in fact, they do the opposite. They look for exactly what HAS to be fixed and educate you about what may be needed in the future. I once had to get my car towed to East David after it died in a parking lot. I was convinced it was the starter and told the mechanic (rookie mistake). He insisted it was just the battery and sure enough, he was right. My point is, many other shops would have followed my lead to get more money, but that is just not how East David works. You can be sure they're giving you the fairest, most up-front assessment and price. As a woman, that's especially important to me.
